The service

Clause analyzes agreement text you provide (upload, paste, or browser extension) and surfaces plain-English findings, preference conflicts, and deadlines. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Always read the original document.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload content you have a right to process.
• Do not rely on Clause as legal advice or a “safe to sign” guarantee.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

Accounts & access

Sign-in may use magic link, email/password, and/or Google OAuth when enabled in your Supabase project. We may suspend abuse or unsafe use.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clause and its operators are not liable for decisions you make after viewing analysis. The software is provided “as is.”
